No. 4 - L'Âme Velours Body Lotion

This lotion has a very strong scent, it lasts a long time, I don't like the scent. I had to wash my hands because it was giving me a headache. It is moisturizing and absorbed really well. I am giving this to my mother-in-law, she liked the scent. I do like that it is made in the USA.

Les Deux Hydrating Body Lotion No 2 is a wonderful unisex scent of amber, saffron and sandalwood. It is a thick white creamy lotion that exudes a good amount of scent upon application. It absorbs into the skin and the scent becomes lighter after a few minutes. The hydration effect lasts for hours. The package design is minimalistic and looks great on display. Recommend for effective, scent and aesthetics.

Great scent and lotion that absorbs easily into the skin and provides great hydration. The scent (No. 4) is not too overpowering but has a really clean feel to it and does not feel too artificial like some other overly-fragranced ones can be. The bottle is also very nice and looks luxurious on the counter top. Even once I finish the lotion, I will keep the bottle and refill it with something else just to keep it around. Yes, it is pricey for a body lotion, but it is clearly a very high-quality product.

This lotion is very thick and creamy and moisturizes well. It has a boatload of ingredients, many natural.The lotion has a strong scent, which I predominantly smell sandalwood. Among the ingredients listed is "fragrance". Usually when the sun is listed as fragrance instead of a specific plant it is chemically derived. Unfortunately, the scent is strong and gives me a headache, but my mom loves Sandalwood so I'll give her this lotion to try. Made in the USA.

Nice packaging...cream, soft lotion, but the body wash and lotion is disappointing when it comes to matching the fragrance, i bought it to layer with the matching perfume. However, here is only a teeny tiny "barely" there hint of the #2 perfume. So little so, that if you didnt know thats what it was, you could not pick up on it. As much as i adore the #2 perfume, i will mot repurchase unless they do something about the scent throw....sadly, a disappointment.

What a wonderful fragrance. It is non greasy, absorbs quickly and the scent lasts forhours. It’s exactly as described and exactly what I was hoping it would be.

I was out of town visiting a friend in Nashville and she had this in her bathroom. I tried it and had to have some. I ordered that evening and I am a daily wearer. It lasts all day and when I hug someone they always compliment me on how nice I smell. 10/10 Recommend!!

Lovely warm scent! My pump came broken off, but this was not the fault of the seller, and really not a big deal to me. Very moisturizing, but the best part was the lovely warm scent.

I'll be honest--right off the bat, I HATED this smell. It's very strong and overpowering. I tried just a little, thinking the smell was going to keep me from sleeping. I sniffed my hand from time to time, hating it, until...suddenly I didn't hate it. I'm fact, suddenly I was intrigued by it. It started to smell mysterious and exotic to me. I started to enjoy smelling it. It was weird.Anyway, the lotion itself is fine. Absorbs quickly and seems to do a good enough job. The bottle is very classy-hotel and feels elegant enough. But this product is all about the smell, and truth be told, you probably won't like it. I'm not sure I'll like it when I try it again. But you also might fall in love with it. Who knows?

This lotion feels luxurious going on and moisturizes well. There's no stickiness, just soft skin left after use. It has a very strong earthy scent that lingers for quite a long time. The scent is masculine and particular, which means that if you don't like it you are stuck with it for a long time. Unfortunately I'm not a huge fan of the smell. The price for this is on the higher side too. However, it feels like a high end lotion for a man, so it could be a good gift for someone who likes strong fragrances. I wish I liked it more than I do.

I got this Les Deux Store ultra hydrating body lotion for dry skin and I really like the way this moisturizer feels on my skin. It soaks right in and has a very nice scent which dissipated over time. I have the No 2 scent. - (Amber, Saffron, Sandalwood) and I primarily smell the sandalwood which I really like. There is 10 oz of moisturizer, which will take me a long time to use, but because I like the scent, it may get used up more quickly. I am happy with this product primarily because it soaks in so well. This lotion has very strong scent. I think it is kind of spicy, almost masculine. I’m sure it’s the sandalwood that is so predominant. The lotion is nice, feels rich and leaves your skin feeling soft. I’m not sure it is better than by store brand other than the strong scent.

The scent isn't overwhelming but it is lasting. The lotion is thick, but absorbs quickly and does not leave a greasy feeling on your skin. I am very happy with this product. My skin feels and smells wonderful. I haven't had any irritation, and I am so moisturized! The bottle is very attractive looking. I have it in my bathroom for guests to use.

I tried No 2 which is Amber, Saffron, Sandalwood and I will say it's slightly more masculine leaning, but in my opinion is still a unisex scent if you don't mind heavy warm scents. I'm personally not a floral girl, so I really liked this one. I think it's more of a fall winter scent, because it would probably be too heavy for the warmer months. The lotion feels really great on my skin, and is kind of thick, but in a just right kind of way. It's not a thin watery moisturizer, which I appreciate. I like something thick and creamy for hydration, especially this time of year. Overall it seems to be pretty moisturizing, and the scent does seem to linger. I paired this one with a bourbon vanilla perfume that I have it smells so good. The only problem is that I just want to cozy up by the fire and read a book instead of doing anything productive today!

This cream is very thick and rich and left my skin feeling hydrated. When I first put if on, it was very scented and a little overpowering. As the day went on it faded some and I liked it better. The smell out of the bottle is very vanilla sugary perfumed, and I personally did not love it. I would probably try some of the other scents being offered as they sound lovely. It's the vanilla that I don't like in this.

This seems like a pretty good quality lotion. It's moisturizing of course, and my skin feels comfortable for the day after applying. The scent isn't my favorite, but it's not bad and you never know when ordering blindly online. It's kind of citrusy and earthy? I definitely pick up on the bergamot mostly personally. It's probably not feminine enough for my taste, but it's a very nice lotion.

I decided to try the Le Deux number 3 after loving the fragrance. The body wash is definitely a must try! Not only does it have a great smell, but it left my skin feeling moisturized and refreshed. I highly recommend giving it a try.
